Prayer | Why God Does Not Answer Your Prayers

Christians often start the year with a period of intensive prayer, during which they may also fast, make declarations of blessings, and seek God's protection. This is a valuable practice that helps to sustain people of faith. However, it's important to recognise that not all prayer requests will be answered, and sometimes, our doubts about God's power, sovereignty, and providence can arise as a result. According to scripture, some of our practices actually cause God to hide his face from us, leading to a lack of answers to our prayers.
