The Practicality of God's Word in Our Generation

One concerning issue today is the increasing number of churches and preachers. Despite efforts by some world leaders to stop the preaching of the gospel, they have not succeeded. What we need to realize is that what is happening is what God said would happen. As human beings today, we are here to fulfil His grand plan, which includes spreading the Word. If anyone rejects the call, God can bring someone from afar to do the task, because what He has planned must come to pass. Let us respond positively to His call and continue to do His work.

When God Restores - Part II

As your life takes a downturn due to sickness, job loss, marriage issues, business setbacks, or any other challenges, people may begin to question God's providence in your life. You might be a Christian and this can lead to many questions about why these things are happening to you. However, just as God promised to restore Israel in their time of hopelessness, He can also bring restoration to your life. There is a better life available for you both here on earth and beyond.

When The Lord Restores

Many times, we tend to handle our life struggles without involving God. And even if we do involve Him, we often hold back some things and try to solve them on our own. However, God's arms are widely open, and He invites all humanity to call on Him, so He can reveal great and unsearchable things to us. When such things are unveiled, people will be in awe of what the Lord does for them. The best course of action is to call on Him and allow Him to do what He has planned for us.

Surviving Hatred

The feeling of being hated can be disheartening and make one feel rejected and demeaned. In extreme cases, this can even lead someone to consider death as a solution. However, when we take the time to reflect on God's wonderful deeds, we are reminded of His greatness and righteous judgment, which helps us to trust in Him. There is nothing that brings more joy and peace than knowing that God will deal with the situation fairly, regardless of our status in society.

When God Disciplines a Christian

It is only a loving parent who will discipline a child. Although the punishment may cause pain to the child, the parent's intent is always driven by love and the desire to see their child become their best self. In the same way, God as our Father disciplines us, but it is always because of His love for us and His desire to see us repent so that we do not miss heaven. Let us hold on and endure God’s discipline, for it is all for ourgood.

Niceties in the Lord's Table

At the Lord's table, we learn many lessons, and one of the most powerful is the importance of service. When Jesus, the Lord himself, washed the disciples' feet, he taught us that true greatness comes from serving others. In the kingdom of God, it's not about pursuing high positions but rather about humbly serving others with a pure heart. As Christians, we must always strive to be servants in His kingdom, spreading love and compassion wherever we go.

Is Jesus or the Word Still Relevant In Our Times?

Many people believe that the Bible is too old to be relevant in today's world, but it is still very active. This way of thinking can lead us to believe that Jesus is not concerned with current issues. However, this is not true. In fact, Jesus knows about all the issues we face today, and He can tell you more about them than you might think. The only way to see Jesus is to allow Him to stay with us or to involve Him deeply in our situations.
